Provider picker ON shows the IPTV-service dropdown + price plans on the login screen (reseller storefront). OFF gives a clean app-style login (username, password & server only). Anti-ISP block resolves portal/stream hosts over secure DNS (DoH) so ISPs can't block your IPTV servers — leave ON unless a line only works on plain DNS.
When ON, only the device MACs listed below can play. When OFF, every device can play. (Fail-safe: if the app can't load this config, playback stays allowed.)
This is exactly what the app reads. After you Save, commit this as ui/config.json in the repo (then rebuild), or host it anywhere and point the app's CONFIG_URL at it for instant over-the-air updates — no rebuild needed.
